What matters most to our region’s talent pool?  This is what we are seeking to uncover with the PTC and Imagine Career’s first annual Talent Pulse Survey and Report.


For the region’s talent: this is your chance to have an impact on what employers offer to attract and retain great talent like you. It’s no longer just a salary and medical benefits: it’s things like workplace flexibility, remote work opportunities, and career advancement. We need your help to tell the tale to regional employers of how they need to adapt their culture for the modern workforce.

For employer’s, our goal is to provide you with data that will help you be more competitive when it comes to attracting and retaining talent into your organization. The information gathered will help you see how well your company and its culture lines up with the needs of today’s employees.


We encourage employers to share this survey out with your own teams, and ask them to complete it to enhance this data set.  For organizations that get either 25% of their workforce or at least 25 completed survey responses from your company (whichever makes sense based on your company size), we are also going to provide a report (free of charge) that is specific to your team later in 2016.
